Abbey Announce New Mortgage Rates

Abbey for Intermediaries are introducing newer and more effective Home buyer mortgage rates up to 90% Loan to Value to assist the housing market.

3.19% - 2 year fixed rate at 70% LTV with Homebuyer Plus solution, £995 booking fee

3.90% - 2 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with Homebuyer solution, £0 booking fee

4.99% - 2 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with Homebuyer solution, £995 booking fee

6.89% - 3 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with Homebuyer solution, £995 booking fee

Abbey for Intermediaries will also be extending their Loyal Mover range for existing customers moving home. by introducing a 4.75% - 4 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with Homebuyer solution and £495 booking fee. This is in addition to the 3.99% 2 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with Homebuyer solution and no booking fee, currently available

Also announced with effect from Friday 24 September is a new Key Account exclusive mortgage for hombuyers, fixed for 2 years at 3.57% upto 75% LTV with a £995 fee.
