The most affordable home in Yorkshire

The one-bedroom, two-floor home is officially the most affordable new property in Yorkshire and is on the market for just £77,395.
It comes with a parking space, fitted kitchen, gas central heating, an intruder alarm system and a juliette balcony.
It is a house in its own right, in that it comes complete with its own front door and Richard Cook, managing director at Consort Homes, the firm behind the property, is confident that it will be popular among buyers.
"There are shared ownership homes available in the region, but of course buyers only own a percentage of the home, not the whole house," he said.
"Also, there are new apartments for sale which are cheaper - however, we wanted to offer the most affordable new home that didn't include things like management fees, communal corridors and shared entrances," continued Mr Cook.
