New Fixed Rates from the Skipton

The Skipton has today announced the launch of a range of new fixed rate products.

The range includes three and five year fixed rate schemes at 7.39% with both being available for loans of up to 75% of the value of the property. Both versions will feature an arrangement fee of £999 which can be added to the mortgage if required.

On a slightly more competitive note, the Skipton is also offering a selection of seven year fixed rates and ten year fixed rates. Of particular note is a 6.29% seven year fixed rate which is available up to 75% of the property value and has an arrangement fee of £799 fee, and a ten year fix at 6.19% with the same maximum loan and fee.
