New exclusive deals for existing Halifax customers

New exclusive deals for existing Halifax customers
The Mortgage Warehouse has today announced improved rates for Halifax customers who reach the end of their current mortgage deal, or those who wish to increase their current mortgage. The improved rates are available exclusively from the Mortgage Warehouse and other selected intermediaries.

The range consists of a 5.85% rate with an arrangement fee of £1,999, a 5.99% deal with an arrangement fee of £999 and a 6.09% deal with an arrangement fee of £699. All the deals are fixed for three years, and all are available up to 95% of the property value. Early repayment penalties are payable for repayment during the fixed rate.

To take advantage of these rates, existing Halifax customers will need to be switching from their current deal before the end of August this year. However, brokers who have access to the new rates are able to arrange this immediately for customers by logging on to the Intermediaries Online dedicated system.
