C&G for All Weathers
The All Weather mortgage offers the option to switch onto any of the C&G fixed rates at any time during the three year tracker period with no Early Repayment Charge. This makes the scheme ideal for those who know in their heart of hearts that they should have a tracker mortgage, but want the security of being able to choose a fixed rate if it looks likely that interest rates may be heading back up.
Full details will not be released until the 10th June, but it is known that interest rates will start from 5.99%.
