Equity Release special offer annouced by Just Retirement

An announcement from Just Retirement indicates the introduction of a Special Offer available through The Mortgage Warehouse and a number of other select Lifetime Equity Release advisers.

The special offer removes the lender arrangement fee and provides a free valuation fee on all Equity Release applications received until 31st December 2008

Age related interest rates start from a competitive 6.29% AER fixed for life with the overall cost for comparison being 6.3% APR.

Subject to the youngest client being between 60 and 70 years of age at application, and Just Retirement will also provide a 0.1% cashback based on the property value on completion for all applications submitted before September 30th 2008.
