Good time to invest in buy to let

A debate for the Property Investor and Homebuyer Show has highlighted the confidence that remains in the sector.
"The market fundamentals are actually still pretty good. People still need somewhere to live. We all have to re-adjust to what we had previously was a very easy and benign financial market," said Alastair Dickens, managing director of ISIS.
"Just like you have to snuffle out great property deals, you now probably have to invest as much time and energy snuffling out those great financing deals as well," he added.
Glenn Armstrong supported the view, adding: "If every single one of our properties is generating at least £150 a month after the mortgage payment then the actual value of the property is immaterial to me."
Paragon Mortgages recently revealed that people with buy-to-let mortgages are now charging average rents of over £1,000 per month.
