Accord announce new fixed rates

The range also includes a three year fixed ate at 6.45% with an arrangement fee of £995. Borrowers wishing to avoid paying the arrangement fee can select a higher rate of 6.85% instead. Early repayment penalties are again set at 4% of the amount repaid, and apply until 30th September 2011. The three year fixed rate is available for both property purchase and remortgage, and for loans of up to 75% of the value of the property.
In addition to the two and three year fixed rates, Accord has also made available both a five and ten year schemes. Priced at 6.39% and 6.19% respectively, up to 75% of the property value, or 6.79% and 6.49% for those wishing to borrow up to 90%, they also include the facility to pay a higher rate and avoid the £995 arrangement fee.
