Debt Help & Advice
If you're worried about the level of debt you currently have, and find making payments difficult, or simply want to seek debt advice, then completing the short form below will put you in contact with a Debt Adviser who will be able to listen to your concerns and advise you on the options available to you.
If you would like an adviser to call you so that you can discuss your situation, please complete and submit the form below.
Once you have submitted the form above, and you are waiting for your debt adviser to call, you may find it helpful to work out exactly what you owe and, and to whom you owe it (your creditors).
Once you have a list of all your debts, you then need to put them into an order of importance. The most important debts (highest priority) are those that serious action can be taken against you if you don’t pay what you owe, and often won’t be the largest debt you have.
Priority debts
A good example of a priority debt would be a mortgage payment, rent or taxes. When these go unpaid there is a real risk that you could end up loosing your home.
Non-priority debts
Non-priority debts could be seen as any debt not secured against your home, with the exception of taxes. Unsecured debt such as credit card payments, bank loans, catalogue repayments need to be paid and can not be ignored, but should be considered after priority debts.
