The Mortgage Warehouse (GB) Ltd was incorporated in 1999, and so we are rapidly approaching our 10th anniversary.

The founding directors were Tim Lee & Jerry Figueroa-Lee who between them have over twenty nine years of providing mortgage and financial advice.

Our aim is and was to provide a personal service in an electronic environment. This means that we want to supply you with impartial, independent, whole of market mortgage advice, either electronically or in real time on the phone. If you are happy with our advice, we would hope to arrange your mortgage for you.

We do not employ any sales representatives and are therefore unable to send someone to your home.

We do employ a team of experienced and committed mortgage administrators some of whom hold the same qualifications as our advisers. It is their job to administer your mortgage application in the most efficient way, making sure that you are fully aware of what is happening at each stage. Because of the relationships they have built up with the lenders over the years, they can take away the frustrations of having to wait in telephone queues or speak to call centres, and make the whole process far less stressful.

The vast majority of our clients continue to be able to enjoy the benefits of our service free of charge.
